WK is not fashion. It's equipment you wear. 14oz canvas, triple-stitched seams, ergonomic patterning and recycled steel hardware. Tested on construction sites, in workshops and on farms — guaranteed for 5 years of hard work.

WK — short for Work Kollective — started in 2009 when founder Will Keller, a carpenter, tore his third pair of work pants in a month. He bought a used sewing machine and built a pant that could survive a roof, a rebar pile and a Michigan winter. Today every prototype still spends 90 days on real job sites before we sell it. No runway tests. Only real work.
We don't chase seasons. We chase failure points — and eliminate them. Bar-tacked pockets, gusseted crotch, knee-pad slots, hidden phone sleeve. Every detail earns its place.

A worker who is uncomfortable makes mistakes. A jacket that rips in 6 months fills a landfill. So we pattern for movement — climb, kneel, reach, lift — and we build for repair, not replacement. Send any WK piece back and our Detroit atelier will patch, rivet and re-wax it for free, for life.
22 pockets are useless if you can't kneel. Ergonomics before aesthetics.
Organic cotton, recycled Cordura, YKK metal. No greenwashing.
Free repairs forever. 12,400 items fixed last year.
All stress seams sewn 3x with bonded nylon thread rated to 12kg. Guaranteed not to blow out.
Water-repellent, abrasion-tested to 45,000 Martindale cycles. Softens with age, never weakens.
Articulated knees, gusseted underarms, stretch back yoke. Full squat, full reach, zero pull.
92% recycled / organic. Metal buttons, no plastic. Designed to be disassembled and recycled.

Every WK product passes a brutal 4-stage gauntlet. If it fails, it never launches. 37 prototypes were killed last year.
"Three winters roofing in Minnesota. My Foreman jacket looks beat but zero seam failures. Best money I ever spent."
"Finally work pants for women that aren't pink shrunken men's pants. Knee pads actually stay in place. I can squat all day."
"We outfitted 40 mechanics. Torn pocket? Sent back, fixed free in a week. That's why we stay with WK."
